Instructions for Authors



EDITORIAL POLICY


Scientific Vision of the Future Magazine:
1) Is aimed at advanced level university audience and the scientific community in general.
2) Has international cooperative
4) It gives preference to qualitative and quantitative empirical research.
5) Is open to the diversity of perspectives and methodologies in management and related disciplines.
In the magazine are favored articles fruit of research that not only analyze the practice of management, but are based on theoretical and empirical basis. Accepted reviews of existing literature and / or showing future work and research courses.
Contributions are accepted in Spanish and English, not only being circumscribed for intellectual production made in the Masters in Management from FCE-UNaM.


ARTICULE SUBMISION RULES

Articule Admision
Articles will be accepted only, at first, if fit the purpose and guidelines of the magazine.
Articles will be received throughout the academic year and will only be subject to evaluation those who meet presentation standards of the magazine. Is estimated within 4 (four) months for the reviewers informed judgment about the item submitted.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to schedule publication of the articles the way he sees convenient.

Stages of assessment articles
Received Originals controlling the compliance of submitting articles presentation, once is approved is sending to the Editorial Committee who controls the methodological and Research guidelines of the journal. If the item is set, will be evaluated by double-blind for two pairs, which can be a member of the Editorial Board and another member of the Scientific Advisory Committee for the specific assessment of the issue. In the event that the level of expertise required the Advisory Committee will propose to the Editorial external evaluators.
The assessment procedure is useful lifting double-blind, to ensure anonymity in the process is necessary for authors to submit a document version in which withdraw any information which could be reached infer who are the authors. In case they are referred to in the text itself, should use the word author replacing his name, following the year of publication. It should send two copies, one anonymous and the other with the names. The Editorial Committee will inform the authors about the result of the evaluation maintaining the anonymity of the evaluators.
In any of the three stages and if necessary, before moving the circuit, the article is refers to the corresponding author for correction and once we receive it continues to the next stage. If after ten (10) days of delivery of the article with the observations the author not returned corrected, shall be deemed the same is removed.

Possible assessment results
All items will be subject to evaluation which depend publication.
The possible results are: Post / No Post / Possibly Post
If the evaluation is positive (Post) will inform the result to author for the article. When the evaluation result negative (No Post) decision to reject the item is final; if the author wishes to continue the publishing process may send a new version of its article, beginning again the process of assessment to examine whether the new version is ready to be published.
In the event that the result is Possibly Post and request changes, the author must send a new version taking into account the adjustments requested by the evaluator, respecting the deadline of 10 days for it to be considered. This article must pass again through all stages of the evaluation process.

Review criteria

The different actors will take into account the following aspects:

  • Originality, interest and importance of the topic for the magazine
  • Academic Quality of work (knowledge of literature, methodology and references)
  • Clarity and ease reading
  • Consistency of the objectives and methodological validity
  • Rationale of the problem
  • Background of the topic
  • Relevance of Scientific and Technological Production
  • Probability of obtaining results
  • Current state of knowledge on the subject




RULES OF PAPERS



Job content requirements

Presentation format is A4 size paper with 1.5 space between lines of text and leaving extra space between caption and text, Arial font size 11, justified, margins used are 25 mm Left, Right and Top, and 20 mm at the Bottom. Should not be used: header, italic and underlined for the purpose of facilitating further editing. Writings should be printed on one side of the paper and each of the pages will be numbered at the bottom. Not be accepted articles that include letters, words or symbols manuscripts. The text may be submitted in Spanish or English.
The complete work should have a length between 16 and 22 pages maximum, including the total work content.

Content of work
The articles are organized following the general scheme in the following order: title, name the author/s, address of the institution to which they belong, summary, abstract, key words, introduction, materials and methods, results, conclusions, references and bibliography.

TITLE: should be concise and reflect specific aspects of the work, it is advisable not to use abbreviations or formulas. In capital letters, centered on the page and separated by subsequent text double spaced. If in the research the author wishes to acknowledge financial support and assistance of others, add a footnote on page.

Data of the author / s include Surname and full Name; also specify institutional affiliation, city, country and e-mail of each author. In case of more than one author, notification shall be made to the principal author.
It will avoid excessively long ones names of dependencies institution. If the authors belong to different institutions indicate greater dependence dedication.

SUMMARY should have a summary to be a condensation of the essential ideas and results of work, clearly relating the central problem, the hypothesis, objectives, methods, results and conclusions, must not repeat information given in the title and refer to the Bibliography. The length should not exceed 200 words and style of writing is declarative.
The Abstract ditto the summary but in English.

KEY WORDS
be published in a maximum of 5 (five) keywords that will give an idea about the theme or motif of the content of the work.
The key to Words Keywords ditto but in English.

On INTRODUCTION briefly will develop the initial content of the article, defining the objectives, problem, hypothesis, scope and impact.

DEVELOPMENT, following the introduction will present the development of the work, beginning the same after a single space and the corresponding caption (flush left, and bold lowercase).
Materials and methods shall include sufficient detail to enable another investigator to repeat the work; when they represent a change or novelty, otherwise, only the references cited in the methodology.
The results will be discussed in concise and easily understandable style the results found, the comparison with previous results (own or other authors) as an essential part of a scientific-technical work.

Tables are used to present a variety of information that you can not express it in the text of a brief and understandable should be numbered at the top as referred in the text (Table Nº 1, Table Nº 2, ... Table Nº n), give them a title that is then placed their number, in bold, centered on the table and start without dot end, if the title contains abbreviations, should have been used previously in the text. The source is placed in the bottom of the table, Arial size 9 and focused. Should be respecting a series of numbers for tables and other for figures and sent it in a possible format to make changes, this is necessary to translate the article.

Figures and graphics include charts, drawings, maps and illustrations, any not listed above. References to figures in the text are abbreviated "Fig. No. 2 shows ..". Place the word "Figure" after the title and number on the bottom of the figure, size 9 bold and centered. The Source of the figure should be indicated on the bottom of it after the title, Arial size 9 and focused. Appear possible format to suit the English language.

Acronyms are initial letters used as an abbreviation for a word, sign or name. By well known to be an acronym, never be used without the first figure in parentheses, preceded by their full statement.

Bibliographical Notes
, the function of the note is to clarify issues or questions of exposure. Are listed consecutively with superscript in the text, with Arabic numerals, they are placed after the word in the text that needs clarification, the location of the note is a footer, its extension should not exceed 8 lines.
The text of the note should start after the corresponding number, followed by a period and indented on the left margin, with Arial font size 10 and single spacing.
The note should end with a period; leading is one inside each note. It is recommended to use this resource as little as possible. Never used the notes to reference a source or mention references.
Example: The distance1 is an element that is used...
So as a footnote on page is placed:
1.  Distance: it is a Word….

The Conclusions should be presented in phrases.

BIBLIOGRAPHICAL REFERENCES
All aspects of a paper other than the originals of the author (texts, ideas, etc.) must be documented. These references to papers by other authors are "citations". Should be numbered consecutively in the order of appearance in the text.

Citations within the text up to 3 (three) lines are quoting the transcript ("...") after the appointment, be placed in brackets the`author's surname and initials, year of publication, the quote page and then the clousing brackets should be placed with superscript the corresponding number in parentheses, for example, [Robbins, L., 2003, p. 57](1)and signal at the end of the article with the title BIBLIOGRAPHICAL REFERENCES.

Citations within the text above 3 (three) and 10 (ten) lines, should be placed in separate paragraphs, leaving left indent of 2.5 cm and single-spaced, arial size 10, and after the appointment transcription between bracket will place the author's last name and initials, year of publication, the quote page and then the clousing brackets should be placed with superscript the corresponding number in parentheses.

Appointments must follow these rules:

One Author: [Robbins, L., 2003, p. 57](1)

Two Authors: [Bugliarello and Donner, 2004, p. 81](8)

Three or more authors: [Fortini et al., 2007, p. 79](3)

Works by the same author and same date should be distinguished by small letters after the date [Robbins, L., 2003a, p. 57] / [Robbins, L., 2003b, p. 57](6)

Quotations implied, if they express ideas of another author without quoting is needed clarification of the author; this should put the author's name in lowercase, and followed in parentheses by the year of publication. For example: According Kar (2008) life expectancy...
Secondary Quotations, if considered necessary to present ideas of an author, reviewed in another work, other than the original that was published, for example, an idea of Weiurst N., (2004) read in the publication of Tsruirs J., (2006). The quote should be: According Weiurst N., [in Truir J., 2006, p. 32](4)
Then in the "CITATIONS" should be placed according to their enumeration: (4). Truir J. (2006), "Wood technology". Buenos Aires, Macchi Editorial, p. 32.

The bibliographical references must be listed at the end of the text in numerical order, according to the following details:

The BIBLIOGRAPHY standards set for the literature are mentioned above in the References, but not including the page number. Should be identified in alphabetical order at the end of the text of the paper, and book authors should be preferably no more than two years of publication.

The details to be included are: Surname of author (uppercase), initials name. Year of publication in brackets. Job Title, Place of publication. Editorial.
Should mentioned all authors up to 2 (two), in case they are more than 2 (two) authors should cite the first author and add the word "et al."



ETHICS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


Authors should avoid expressions or use that denigrate other ethnic groups or which may be interpreted as such. Avoid sexist and biased language.

The text submitted must be original and veridical, or previously unpublished and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The data and information set forth therein are the sole responsibility of the authors, granting that the work does not contain any illegal approach and does not infringe any rights of others.
By submitting a text to the magazine, the authors agree to the exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute by any means the article to the Faculty of Economics - University of Misiones. The authors are solely responsible for their originals. Delimiting the Faculty of Economic and the National University of Misiones from legal liability arising from claims by third parties who claim authorship of the articles whose publication is made. For this purpose, it is required along with job submission, complete Originality and Publication Forms of the Works for each author, which are available in the following links:
