SUMMARY
The objective of this paper is to measure the existent relationship between the growth of the GGP of the Province of Misiones, Argentina, and the unemployment growth in the same Province. For that the relationship known as Okun’s Law is used, by means of which, the unemployment rate variations are considered in function of the variations in the Gross Product growth rate.
The negative relationship is analyzed between Posadas’ unemployment and the growth of the provincial economy, in values consistent with different works done, be it in developed countries as those least developed ones.
One establishes that the provincial economy is isolated from big interferences but originated outside the national economy such as the Tequila Effect.
The performance during the Convertibility period was consistent with the effect of the economy reformations in the Argentine economy structure in terms of productivity gain.

Key Words: Okun's Law, GGP, growth, unemployment, static models.

SUMMARY
Finances have very particular characteristics in the case of cooperative organizations. These characteristics arise from the nature itself of the cooperatives, where the associative and managerial dynamics converge as constituent dimensions of this kind of organization. This focus is opposed to the cooperatives’ dual conception that considers these as people's associations and of collective property enterprises.  Cooperative finances are nurtured by social economy and by social finances, and they greatly go away from the analytic categories and models developed by the financial theory for the capitalist enterprises. In this work some elements are exposed, such as contribution to the debate of the foundations of finances in cooperative organizations.

DYNAMIC EVOLUTIONS IN THE SWOT DIAGRAM

SUMMARY
The commercial feasibilities of most of the business projects highly depend on the trust factor, which can be analyzed as the combination of two almost fundamental conditions for it being carried out. These are the environment in which they will develop their activities, considering as such, the industry and the industrial segment corresponding to the activity to be done and the characteristics of the enterprise itself, group or institution that it will carry them out. For this reason when one wants to carry out a business project, with an important probability of success, it is vital to begin it, knowing the industry in which it will be immersed, as the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, (institution or group) that will make it effective. In a previous work (Otero Gache,2005), these variables have been analyzed establishing a practical and at the same time simple matrix of scenarios that put at Small and Medium Sized Enterprise managers' disposal, tries to make it a little simpler to venture into the fascinating world of business. Now, deepening the analysis carried out in this work, we will make an exhaustive analysis of the "enterprise" and of its "environment", so as to be able to determine how the variables evolve, with more probabilities of making said project suffer great variations, and therefore difficult to control.

ABSTRACT
Historically, to measure the results of their actions defies the HUMAN RESOURSES  professionals, by the growing efficiency demand of the enterprises. To increase efficiency, outsourcing was adopted. This study’s objective was to measure the average costs of Recruitment and people's selection processes, to cover vacancies in 21 enterprises of the Missôes Region (RS), and analyze the possible advantage of outsourcing these activities as a way of reducing costs. The sample was submitted to a cuanti-qualifying questionnaire on the management of these processes by enterprises, divided into Human Resource groups: those that outsource those that sometimes outsource and those that never outsource Recruitment and Selection activities. The results show that for enterprises that always or occasionally outsource, have financial advantages in this practice, because when this happens, the process cost reduction reaches a 73%. Apart from this, the percentage of professionals that remain in the enterprises for more than twelve months is higher when the process occurs by subcontracting, showing that the subcontracting Recruitment and Selection processes can be a tool in the enterprises’ maxim: high quality with costs reduction.

SUMMARY
The theory of social election has had great presence in the universities curricula careers be they economy orientated, graduate or post graduate degrees. It has to do with collective decision making as from the individual preferences of the members of a society to become a social preference. The voting procedures have a wide use as method assignments and of decision making. Generally, when a marketing poll is made a variety of options are offered, for each one of the variables and the election of an only one is requested. In this paper, we carry out a study of the possible modifications in the results, which would take place if it were urged to prioritize three of those options for each variable and the voting methods were used to process the information. The interest of the application is centred in the possibility that it does not only interest the first value or obtained option but rather that one speculates in which the following ones would be in order of preference.

SUMMARY
It is very well-known the important contribution that the aquaculture industry
generates to the Chilean economy. However, although the localization of the cultivation
centres can be decisive in the success of an enterprise of this type, in Latin America
there is a scarce use, of the modern tools based on the Geographical Information
Systems (GIS) for this. This article shows the use of this tool to ponder several critical
factors in the determination of the optimum localization of aquiferous cultivations in
ponds in the coastal border of the III Region of Atacama, Chile. The results show that
the optimum areas for aquaculture based on cultivation ponds are centred in three
sectors that coincide with areas near the three main ports of the Region: Chañaral,
Calsera and Huasco.

KEY WORDS: Aquaculture, site selection, Atacama, Geographical Information
Systems (GIS)
